Customs, duties, import taxes and collection fees are not included in the order purchased and is solely bear by customer. These charges may apply and vary according to different country. Any applicable fees must be settle before delivery.

You will receive your order within 7 – 10 working days (excluding weekends / public holidays) from the date payment is authorized and verified. Process may take up to two (2) working days after verification as we need to review and process your order information for shipping. We will send you the tracking number and courier service used to ship your order. 

**Please note that these are estimated delivery time only, therefore, we DO NOT guarantee the delivery dates.


  • For international deliveries, you may be subject to taxes and import duties.
  • When we ship your package DDU (duties & taxes unpaid), we do NOT collect or calculate the VAT (Value-Added Tax), dutieas and/or taxes during checkout. 
  • Any fees that are due will be collected upon the delivery of your order.
  • Customers are responsible for ALL applicable taxes, customs, import duties and/or collection fees  (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
  • Customs authorities require us to state the value of your order directly on your package[s].
  • Customs agents have the obligation to deliver or deny delivery of your package[s], and for uncommon cases, they may also postpone the delivery.
  • There are several factors that will affect the taxes and fees such as the location, substance, item value, etc. 
  • The amount of taxes due is decided solely by the government.
  • Collect on Delivery (COD) is an additional fees which may be required by some countries. 
  • If your order does require these additional charges or fees, they must be FULLY PAID by customer in order for the item to clear customs. 



All prices listed on our site depends on your area, and the prices are charged to your credit card  according to the currency that your order shows. The bank that issued your credit card will determine the exact exchange rate you will be charged. 


In order for the tracking information to appear online, please allow at least ONE (1) working day after you have received a notification through e-mail/WhatsApp that your order has been shipped. If the tracking information is still not updated, or the expected delivery date has passed, do contact our Agent so that we can further assist you regarding your issue.


If your order couldn't be delivered and is returned to us by the courier service provider, we will contact you for a second delivery attempt. However, the original shipping fee is non-refundable and the fee for second delivery attempt will be charged accordingly.


We will send you notification on email/WhatsApp to notify you on the tracking number and courier partner that is used to deliver your order. Therefore, you may visit the courier service website to track your order using the tracking number provided. However, please allow at least ONE (1) working day for the tracking information to appear online after you have received the tracking number.

If the tracking information states that your parcel was delivered but you did not receive it, below are some recommended step you can pursue:


  • Besides yourself, who might receive the package? Do you live with your family, roommates or housemates? Do you have neighbors or a doorman? Please check if they received the package.
  • Check whether the package was received and signed? If so, do you recognize the signature or name? Please kindly ask them if they received the package. 
  • Do you have a back door or side door? Maybe you have a mailbox, mail room or receiving office? If so, your package could be there.
  • Are you perhaps acquainted with the mail man or woman? If so, please ask them to confirm when and where your package was delivered.
  • However, if you are still unable to locate your package, kindly contact our Agent for further assistance.
